Brecon, is a market town in Powys, mid Wales archaically known as Brecknock it is a picturesque market town, famed for its Georgian architecture, . Historically it was the county town of Brecknockshire (Breconshire); but now comes under the umbrella of the County of Powys. Brecon lies north of the Brecon Beacons mountain range, but is just within the Brecon Beacons National and is the third-largest town in Powys, after Newtown and Ystradgynlais.

Peterstone Court Is a very highly regarded Wedding venue located within the small hamlet of Llanhamlach on the A40 approximately 17 miles from Abergavenny and 4 miles from Brecon. It is an elegant family owned grade II manor house and is located in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park and won The Welsh National Best Wedding Venue in Wales, 2022, The venue is in a stunning location overlooking the River Usk, with views across the valley to South Wales’s highest peak Pen-y-Fan.

The Manor Hotel is a popular family-run hotel in Crickhowell, in the Powys region of Wales. Originally the birthplace of Sir George Everest whose name is associated with the worlds highest peak. The hotel is within easy access approximately half a mile outside Crickhowell on the A40 travelling in the direction of Brecon and is licensed for Civil Ceremonies for up to 200 guests. The Manor Hotel is in a lovely location in the Brecon Beacons with picturesque grounds and delightful views over the Usk Valley and hillsides beyond, this is a delightful setting for a country wedding. The largest function room is the Manor Suite, complete with chandeliers, large windows overlooking the beautiful countryside.
Llangoed Hall is a prestigious wedding venue nestled in the Wyve Valley in Brecon, Powys. This delightful venue is steeped in history and is highly regarded Guests can stroll through the 17 acres of lavish gardens as a romantic atmosphere creates the perfect ceremony space. With wonderful views across the Black Mountains this venue is ideal for hosting a fairy-tale wedding. At Llangoed Hall, you can plan an intimate occasion or a grand celebration and enjoy the natural surroundings in the gardens as you celebrate your big day. This venue is available for romantic outdoor ceremonies or if you prefer an indoor ceremony you can utilise the gorgeous Morning Room, Garden Room, and Dining Room.
Treberfydd House is just south of Llangorse Lake in the Brecon Beacons National Park in South Wales overlooking Llangorse lake. The venue is just off the A40 approximately 15 miles from the town of Abergavenny and 7 miles from Brecon and lies within 10 acres of private gardens and woodlands.
