St Lleurwg’s Church is located on Station Road in the centre of Hirwaun. Built in 1858, the church features a beautiful interior including a marble pulpit, alabaster font and stained glass windows. St Lleurwg’s is a historic church that regularly hosts wedding ceremonies.
Nearby, Aberdare Park is a Victorian public park established in 1859 and listed Grade II on the Cadw/ICOMOS Register of Parks and Gardens of Special Historic Interest in Wales.
